The Women's Shape category at the 2023 GBO meet is designed for women who have developed a toned, symmetrical, and aesthetically pleasing physique with emphasis on muscle definition and shape. This category is perfect for those who have put in the hard work to attain a well-defined and proportional body.

The judges will be looking for a contestant with a feminine and athletic appearance, while still maintaining a proportional shape. The posing suit must be tasteful and emphasize the contestant's well-defined physique without being too revealing.

Competitors in the Women's Shape category will take the stage in two rounds, the first being the Symmetry Round. In this round, the judges will evaluate the overall balance and proportion of the contestant's muscle groups, with special attention given to the shape and conditioning of the muscles. The second round is the Presentation Round, where contestants will have the opportunity to showcase their posing routine, confidence, and stage presence while highlighting their well-defined and proportioned physique to the judges.
