The Women's Beach Body category at the 2023 GBO meet is designed for women who have a toned and attractive beach-ready physique. This category is perfect for those who have spent countless hours sculpting their bodies to achieve the perfect balance of muscle tone and definition.

The judges will be looking for a contestant with a toned and athletic appearance, while still maintaining a feminine shape. The bikini must be tasteful and emphasize the contestant's hard-earned physique without being too revealing.

Competitors in the Women's Bikini category will take the stage in two rounds, the first being the Symmetry Round. In this round, the judges will evaluate the overall balance and symmetry of the contestant's body. The second round is the Presentation Round, where contestants will have the opportunity to showcase their personality and confidence while presenting their physique to the judges.
