The Men's Beach body category at the 2023 GBO meet is designed for men who have achieved a well-defined, athletic, and beach-ready physique through consistent training and a healthy lifestyle. This category is perfect for those who have put in the effort to attain a muscular and aesthetic body.

The judges will be looking for a contestant with a toned, defined, and athletic appearance, while still maintaining a masculine shape. The posing trunks must be tasteful and accentuate the contestant's hard-earned physique without being too revealing.

Competitors in the Men's Beach body category will take the stage in two rounds, the first being the Symmetry Round. In this round, the judges will evaluate the overall balance and proportion of the contestant's muscle groups. The second round is the Presentation Round, where contestants will have the opportunity to showcase their posing routine, confidence, and stage presence while presenting their well-defined and athletic physique to the judges.
